Gault&Millau's review
The quality of the house wines is outstanding. After seven years as cellar master, Cyril Brun handed over to Élise Losfelt in 2023. A former winemaking manager, notably at Dom Pérignon, and from a family of winegrowers, the new cellar master continues to develop Charles Heidsieck's unique style. The estate offers a balance between tradition and modernity. Also involved in the revival of coteaux-champenois, the house produces small quantities of white and red wines by village.
