Notes of yeast open the nose, which hesitates between the sweetness of ripe pear, the pulpiness of white peach and the freshness of candied lemon. Aromas of honeyed white flowers (lime blossom, elderberry) add sweetness. This perfectly controlled sweetness is reflected in an unctuous palate with well-balanced bubbles. The white fruits are clearly present, and a welcome acidity on the finish provides the tension needed to make you want to have another glass.
