Gault&Millau's review
Château d'Estoublon, a property dating back to 1489 on the southern slopes of the Alpilles, has been restored to its former glory by the Reboul-Schneider family, who have modernized it and created a hotel in the vineyards surrounded by olive trees. Sold in 2020, it now belongs to Stéphane Courbit, the Prats family and the Bruni-Sarkozy couple. The 120 hectares of olive trees and 18 hectares of vines are farmed organically. Its wines and olive oils are exported worldwide, and the estate has been a member of the famous Comité Colbert since 2021.
