Gault&Millau's review
2024
87/100
A wine somewhere between gourmet and gastronomic with, in the end, great crisp, acidic energy. Citrus fruits are present, but not the only ones. There's dried fruit, beeswax, acacia honey, sweet spices and apricot. The palate is lively and cheerful, with a lime background to keep the party going well into the night. Drink as an aperitif or just for a summer evening.
