Le nez est très typé pinot avec ses notes un rien de réduction à l’ouverture qui disparaissent pour laisser place à la cerise kirschée et la violette. Mais ne vous fiez pas à cette première sensation en demi-teinte : la bouche, d’abord peu démonstrative, s’ouvre, s’étire, se prolonge sans fin sur les épices douces et une trame poudrée.
