Gault&Millau's review
In the 1950s, the Cave Coopérative de Neuville-sur-Seine et Buxeuil sought a name for their champagne brand, and took inspiration from the Clarembaud dynasty, lords of Chappes (in the Aube department). Neuville-sur-Seine is located at the southernmost tip of the Champagne appellation zone, and the winery is made up of 78 winegrowers who manage over 170 ha of vines. It handles all the tasks involved, from harvesting to shipping.
