This is one of the oldest estates in the Bandol appellation. Salettes, certified organic since the 2018 vintage, takes its name from a stock of salt that was present on the estate in the Middle Ages. On the Santonian limestone slopes between La Cadière-d'Azur and Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, the restanque vines (dry stone walls), facing the Mediterranean, produce a wide variety of wines in three ranges.
