Gault&Millau's review
The Edouard Delaunay trading house was founded in 1893 and expanded rapidly, both technologically and commercially. In the 1990s, the company was taken over by investors. Laurent Delaunay, great-grandson of the founder, moved to the Languedoc region with his wife Catherine, before being able to reclaim the family home in 2017. Today, Maison Edouard Delaunay produces wines from 18 different appellations. The next generation is on the way, with Laurent's daughter Jeanne joining the business.
