The freshness of the oyster shell is offset by warmer notes of brioche and Bourbon vanilla, reminiscent of wood ageing. A transition that doesn't prevent this champagne from retaining a magnificent, almost saline tension in a slender, salivating body. The long, sapid finish combines iodized notes with a hint of lemon for a great burst of freshness. A very fine proposition that augurs magnificent food and wine pairings.

Located in Épernay, on the famous Avenue de Champagne, Maison Esterlin is a well-established wine cooperative whose adventure began in 1947 when three winegrowers decided to join forces. Today, it boasts 200 members and 116 ha of vineyards. The company has three pressing sites as well as a vinification and storage facility (over 3 million bottles) in Mancy. For several years now, the cooperative has been committed to a responsible and environmental approach.
