The nose is exciting, with intensely fruity aromas of strawberry, burlat cherry and peppery spices that remain fresh. On the palate, the fruit is exuberant, reminiscent of blackcurrant, red berries and cherry. A bitter frame gives body and complexity to the material, before a very pleasant, taut finish. A wine that goes well with red meat.

Jeaunaux-Robin
Half of which is planted with miller's grapes, the estate was founded in 1964 by Michel and Marie-Claude Jeaunaux. Their son Cyril, who joined them in 1999, now runs the business with his wife Clémence. The 8.7 ha are mainly located in Talus-Saint-Prix, on the slopes of the Petit Morin, 35 km south of Épernay, with a few plots near Bar-sur-Aube and in Chambrecy, in the Ardre valley. The uniqueness of this terroir lies in its flinty clays and millstones, and a cool microclimate under the influence of a river, the Petit Morin. Certified organic since 2018, the estate uses grass cover and tillage. Parcel-by-parcel vinification in stainless-steel vats and oak barrels enables the expression of the region's typicity.
