With its nose of grapefruit and dried-fruit brioche, it's perfectly in the style of great, finely evolved whites. The palate, diabolically Cramant, combines complexity, generosity, fullness and a fresh, chalky finish. The dosage of 3 grams per liter is well adjusted, leaving the palate clean and salivating. As this champagne tastes even better today than it did yesterday, we hope you'll manage to keep a few bottles.
