Gaston Burtin, originally from Aisne, settled in Champagne in 1923, where he married Suzanne Sacotte. In 1933, he founded his company in Épernay, in the prestigious Château des Archers, marking a veritable revolution in the Champagne trade. An innovator and visionary, Burtin played a key role in the transformation of the industry, combining tradition with technical progress. In 2022, Maison Burtin launched a new range, entitled "Champagne Hommage à Gaston Burtin", to highlight its unique expertise and heritage.
