Pink citrus zest (grapefruit, blood orange) opens the ball, before small red berries (raspberry, redcurrant) take over. The result is a rather charming, fruity bouquet, very appetizing. These notes are reflected in a light body with dynamic bubbles. A floral bouffée accompanies the finish.

The house is located in Cerseuil, a small village perched in the Flagot valley, where the Mathelin family has grown all its vines exclusively since 1791. Today, ecology, grassing and biodiversity are the challenges facing this HVE3-certified estate since 2014. Vinification and ageing take place in vats, except for the "L'Orée des Chênes" cuvée, which is matured in barrels. As a grower-manipulator, the domaine vinifies only grapes from its own vines. The resulting range includes three collections. Today, Cédric and Aurélien are open to wine tourism, and welcome you to both the domaine and their gîte, "La Nuit Étoilée", to discover the region.
