Thierry Gasco, cellar master for many years, has made Pommery a sure bet. Today, it's Clément Pierlot who holds the post, having managed the estate's vineyards for over fifteen years. The house is also world-renowned for hosting artists on its premises, notably in its cellars, which are located in the city's ancient Gallo-Roman quarries.
