Peony unfurls its sweet perfume, while red berries (fresh, redcurrant) and fresh pineapple assert their deliciousness in an elegant nose. Under fine bubbles, fruitiness dominates, whether exotic (pineapple, lychee) or reminiscent of small berries. The roundness of the material envelops and flatters the palate, before a fresh finish. A perfect Champagne with a fruit dessert.

Rémy Massin et Fils
Rémy Massin founded his own company in 1974. His grandson Cédric joined the domaine in 2002. The 20 ha of vines, cultivated without herbicides since the 2000s, are located at the entrance to the Arce valley on a Kimmeridgian terroir on the Côte des Bar. They open out onto a range of well-aired, well-exposed slopes, giving the grapes a high degree of ripeness and a rounder, more intense taste to the wines. Domaine certified HVE (high environmental value) and VDC (sustainable viticulture in Champagne).
