Right from the opening, it's explosive with fragrances of juicy pear, honey and tangerine. On the palate, the texture is salivating without being too light. Notes of white flowers such as tilleur and apple pie continue to flatter with a delicate finish. You'll want to come back for more.

The flint-rich siliceous-clay soils and the sandy-loam soils give their wines great finesse. The estate has been organic since 2021, and produces Touraine-Amboise and Touraine PDO wines.
