Pastry Undoubtedly one of the city's finest pastry chefs, Julien Herman maintains the family heritage with his beautiful boutique not far from Place de l'Éperon. Behind the blue façade, aesthetic and inspiring creations such as Sarthe yoghurt and grapefruit, lemon/olive/dill and coffee tarts. Don't miss the in-house breakfast, or the salted jars and sandwiches for lunch. The house also serves as an afternoon tea room.
