Bakery Today, with 13 outlets in the Paris region, this small, large chain has chosen its locations and given its stores a tender, nostalgic look, like this very successful unit where the neighborhood comes for viennoiserie and sandwiches, wraps and pans bagnats, salads in trays and salmon-broccoli quiche. Good baguette, Charenton and cereal bread, made from organic or Label Rouge flours, financiers and roulés, pastries less exciting but flan correct.
