Pastry Transforming his "Atelier de Mahé" into Gast with his partner Tom Rothwell, Matthieu Chailloux brings youth and modernity to his bar-creperie project, featuring buckwheat and innovation. It's pretty and cheerful, with a varied and original range of "iconic crêpes" (like the "Complètement Gast au jambon emmental comté confit d'oignons de Roscoff tomate confite œuf...) and "Breizchetta" (a variation on the bruschetta with bread made from buckwheat, rye, wheat...) to be enjoyed throughout the day.
