Pastry On the first floor of the Amour Blanc restaurant, Christophe Hay runs the elegant kiosque à pâtisserie, the sweet break of his Relais & Châteaux Fleur de Loire establishment. Benefiting from the ethereal setting of its first table, the tea/pastry room offers a view of the Loire and a timeless atmosphere, the better to refocus on fine pastries, to be enjoyed on the premises or to take away: chocolate éclair, Madagascar vanilla flan, Paris-brest with Piedmont hazelnuts or saint-honoré.
