Delicatessen The house that relaunched l'Oreiller de la Belle Aurore remains at the top of our pate en croûte esteem. Some people make a major detour to take home a fragment of this marvel (roughly for a month around the festive season), but Reynon's output is of course much broader: all the charcuterie (sausages, rosette...) and many very good classic preparations, snails, quenelles lyonnaises with pike, pavé Richelieu with poultry, calf's head, cardoon gratin.
