This Indian distillery, known for its whiskies, also produces a lovely, expressive rum with a nose marked by orange marmalade, spices, vanilla and flambéed banana. On the palate, it's powerful and warm, with tannins that offer good substance and give a tanned impression, like old leather. A rum for the end of a winter meal.
