Prestige Hotel Ideal for extending your stay in the Ardèche after savoring the cuisine of Stéphane Polly (2 toques), this hotel is definitely worth a visit. Behind a simple facade, it reveals the elegance of its 27 rooms and suites, carefully decorated by manager Benoit Engels, who has kept the old woodwork intact, illuminating the whole with palettes of beige, terracotta and grey. The beautiful swimming pool invites you to take a break, but you'll also want to take advantage of the many activities offered by the hotel team: hiking in the sumptuous Ardèche countryside, tennis, canoeing, horse-riding or go-karting...
