Outstanding Hotel In the heart of the Sologne region, this address invites you to make a gourmet pilgrimage. It was here, at the end of the 19th century, that the Tatin sisters, who owned the establishment at the time, invented their famous eponymous tart. Extensively restored, the hotel now offers beautiful rooms decorated with stone, blond wood and a collection of photographs by Sologne's best wildlife photographers. There's also a spa with hammam, sauna and relaxation area. And, of course, there's the opportunity to sample the famous patisserie, made with locally grown, additive-free ingredients and miraculously preserved flavors.
