Exceptional Hotel Housed in the former Calvet winery in the heart of Chartrons, the Mondrian Bordeaux Les Carmes breathes new life into this 19th-century heritage thanks to Philippe Starck's poetic eye. Behind the blond stone facades, 97 luminous rooms blend noble materials and works of art. On the gastronomic front, the Mondrian is home to the first European restaurant of Japanese chef Masaharu Morimoto, who makes a name for himself with his inventive fusion cuisine.
