A space in the image of the chef
Maison Michodière reflectsHélène Darroze 's elegance and passion for art and design. Architect Marie Vidalenc, of Studio MVB, and Olivier Castaing, curator of School Gallery, have staged this intimate, elegant cocoon, inspired by the Parisian apartment of the chef, crowned with 3 toques for her restaurant Marsan. Every detail has been carefully thought out to create a warm atmosphere conducive to discovery and tasting.
In Hélène Darroze's vision, Maison Michodière is first and foremost a culinary laboratory. It is here that she works with her research and development teams to imagine new taste experiences. But it's also a place for sharing and indulgence, like all the chef's houses.
On Wednesdays and Fridays, Maison Michodière is transformed into an exclusive gastronomic table. Twenty or so guests are invited to discover themed dinners, evolving with the seasons.
