Gourmet Restaurant In this pocket handkerchief with white walls, tables and armchairs, embellished with light-colored panelling, French-Vietnamese chef Samantha Kagy and Japanese pastry chef Kimiko Kinoshita play off each other's initials and talents, having worked together at Violon d'Ingres, L'Ours and Taillevent among others. Three attractive menus, including a six-course tasting menu: black pudding velouté, with perfect egg, gingerbread croutons and garlic chips, Basque-inspired; mullet ceviche with passion sauce, dill oil and wasabi sesame; fillet of sea bream, leek fondue, lemongrass emulsion, a slightly flat dish, before the well-cooked roast duckling fillet, parsnip and chicory purée. The pastry chef makes us salivate with a revisited tatin, apple, walnut and Isigny cream, finishing with a subtle hazelnut-black lemon dessert. Cosmopolitan wine list, relaxed service.
