Chef's Restaurant This beautiful village house that so charmed us thanks to Christophe Hay is now in good hands. Nicolas Aubry, who succeeded him, has kept the prevailing spirit: local production, clear and committed dishes, albeit in a slightly more modest version, but with an obvious desire to do well, shared by the entire front-of-house team. We'll refrain from making comparisons and let this young establishment grow. The prices are reasonable and allow you to indulge yourself with plates that are already well personalized: the gurnard confit with lovage and seaweed cream is just right and pleasant, as is the gently smoked veal quasi, with roasted parsnips and the tangy charcuterie sauce with dandelion caper. The three formulas (€38, €58, €78) are well-priced, but leave the taster little choice in the absence of a menu (the first menu is too simple to be attractive). Pleasant citrus meringue dessert, well-balanced cellar, with a small selection by the glass, no doubt in development.
