Chef's Restaurant In the turbulent Rue Saint-Julien, Georges Mercier and Marcin Niewadomski (also of L'Eliceur and Le Coq en Fer) offer a fine gastronomic journey for the people of Nancy. Well-crafted menus, noble products worked with finesse in a good €49.50 menu: just-snacked langoustines, slightly crunchy, with chive mayonnaise and kalamansi sauce, refreshed by a cucumber-wasabi sorbet, pike-perch on a sunflower seed and wild garlic risotto, green asparagus and wasabi vinaigrette, before the banane gourmande with its banana compote with caramel, allspice and rum, dark chocolate espuma and a caramel opaline. A varied cellar, with a good selection of organic wines, and efficient service.
