Remarkable Restaurant Having launched his bistro Bulle in Fourvière, Guy Lassausaie naturally keeps a firm hand on the beautiful house in Chasselay. Lyon's crème de la crème visit him regularly, on business or in private. They appreciate the savoir-faire and the possibility of gala meals with noble products: lobster salad with artichoke mushrooms and ginger vegetable broth, filet of sole confit with lemon spinach and juniper juice, sweetbreads with hazelnut butter and juniper-infused veal juice... Everything is beautiful and generous, the service close and sober, leaving nothing to chance. A fine cellar of friendly proprietors and great bottles, and a wide choice of seasonal desserts. The €95 menu, with foie gras en royale and snails, roast monkfish with shellfish, and poultry stuffed with albuféra sauce, is a very good option.
