Gourmet Restaurant A 3-star hotel on the corniche, this address is above all a favorite spot for good local friends, who gather by the fireplace or on the lovely terrace in fine weather, to feast on fine coastal recipes. Chef Damien Eliard knows his product and creates generous, sincere dishes, including the famous bulot mayo, oysters and periwinkles, marbled skate wing, fish balloon with shellfish coulis, and a fine piece of veal with tarragon. Well-matched cellar. Attractive prices.
