Chef's Restaurant The room, with its stone walls and light wood planks, may not be very large, but it's warm and comfortable (perhaps avoid the table near the toilet). This is Adèle's domain, a model of kindness and efficiency. In his small kitchen, Ludovic Dirscherl draws inspiration from his immediate surroundings. He's an uncompromising ambassador for fine local produce! For starters, the beautiful slice of pheasant terrine is full of character, but light in texture. The delicate jus réduit and horseradish mousse that accompany it hit the spot. To follow, the "land-sea" idea of black pudding and scallops is sure to work, all the more so as the tartness of the apple and the unctuous cream of celery complete this pretty gustatory picture. Another winning duo: kiwi and chestnut in the form of tartlet, sorbet, compote and cream. The wine list offers an accessible, well-sourced selection: rully from Philippe Milan; beaujolais from Pierre-Marie Chermette; chablis "Rive Droite" from domaine Testut; saint-chinian "les Sentiers de Bagatelle".
