Gourmet Restaurant An authentic Auvergne restaurant on a side street in the old town, run by a young, friendly and enthusiastic couple. The atmosphere is warm with a welcome touch of modernity, with round solid wood tables and white ceiling beams, touches of indigo and minimal decoration. The menu focuses on tradition, with foie gras de canard mi-cuit en ballotine, filet de bar rôti sur la peau à l'huile d'olive, fleur de sel et sauce au safran, cœur de rumsteck d'Aubrac façon Rossini, supreme de pintade d'Auvergne and forêt noire. Good service.
