Chef's Restaurant A body that changes, but a soul that remains, for this inn founded in 1852 by Pierre Ducos, and which recently traded in its old walls for new ones. The restaurant remains one of the most popular in the area, with its inventive cuisine based on local produce, offering a new perspective on the terroir: roast quail with parsley, fresh green bean salad and sherry vinaigrette, roast sturgeon with citrus beurre blanc, eggplant and zucchini with curry colombo, buckwheat noodles, pressed leg of lamb with wild garlic and lemon confit, grilled eggplant and potatoes, blackberry soup, lemon financier and goat's milk ice cream. Fine cellar (Mouthes le Bihan, Elian da Ros, Château Clarke, Roches neuves, Trévallon, Albert Maurer...).
