Chef's Restaurant You immediately feel the fluidity of their gestures and smiles, as if it were a matter of course for those for whom the trade is natural and taste is certain. Charlotte and Arthur Friess have made their house one of the most creative and welcoming in Lorient, a lively, gastronomic table capable of combining technical skill and simplicity. The plates are full of meaning, with beautiful seasonings that perfectly highlight the product, fresh arrivals that are as pleasant as ever, and menus that unfold without a misstep: a composition of sardines, garum and tarragon, cuttlefish bacon, sesame and ink jus, pollack with spinach and wild garlic, octopus and kimchi, a very fine brass lamb from the southwest, a dessert of pistachio, arlette and laurel. Menus offer excellent value for money, from €25 to €88. Perfectly matched cellar.
