Gourmet Restaurant A touch of nostalgia with this "grandma's cooking" in a space that's not old-fashioned, but rather bright and welcoming. You can pick and choose from the generous menu, which includes all the old favourites from the hearty bouillon: egg mayo, herring and apples in oil, leek vinaigrette, gribiche calf's head, blanquette, boeuf bourguignon...tarte Tatin, poire belle-hélène. Serve with a glass of brouilly or chinon.
