Gourmet Restaurant After the end of the Petit Hôtel du Grand Large, Thomas and Pauline Le Morlec took up the torch from their former bosses. Their vision is quite similar - respect for new arrivals, a natural approach and the benefit of years of good sourcing - but their ambitions are a little more modest. The welcome is warm, even jovial, the atmosphere conducive to diving into the ocean. The menu is really short, with a decent egg meurette, not very glazed, and a pork belly, which we find in juice with the skate as fish of the day, well cooked, with a purée, before the Breton shortbread with wild fennel, apple compote and caramel ice cream. Knowledge of wine is a little lacking, but the cellar still has some fine assets.
