Gourmet Restaurant This is one of the best places to eat in the historic center, and Benjamin Torrezan's work in this beautifully decorated stall continues to satisfy regulars. The chef creates menus ranging from €28 to €80, depending on the moment and the number of courses, featuring regional products: kokotxas fava beans emulsion crab, sweetbreads rubia galega glazed carrots "sea chestnut" juice (sea urchin), strawberry dessert with smoked vanilla pastry siphon strawberry bbq. Lots of ideas and hard work, and we're getting close to our second toque, thanks to Sarah's good work in the dining room.
