Gourmet Restaurant In this large pink house with old-fashioned charm, a former coaching inn dating from 1884, Sylvain Huel has given a welcome modern touch to a fairly traditional cuisine: guinea fowl stuffed with Auvergne blue cheese cream, open seafood ravioli, fish of the day served with cantal risotto, it's fresh and good. Smiling, efficient service.
