Chef's Restaurant In the heart of the valley of the painters, Marie-Pierre and Sébastien Proux's restaurant continues the spirit of creation, developing a beautiful regional expression through aesthetic, meticulously-crafted dishes. The menu takes you to the four corners of the Creuse, with organic eggs from Chamborand scrambled with smoked bacon and a small salad with truffle oil, morels from the Monts de Guéret with asparagus, vegetable crisps and espuma with morel juice, boneless roast quail with amarena cherries and sweet potato purée from the Chantôme farm, and praline mousse dacquoise with chestnut chocolate. A warm welcome.
