Remarkable Restaurant It's a change of scenery just a few dozen minutes from Paris, to rediscover the gentle way of life on the banks of the Marne, in this welcoming hotel with gourmet cuisine by Franck Charpentier. Having trained with Gérard Vié and worked at the W of the Warwick Hotel, the chef has no shortage of experience or inspiration, which he puts to good use in his personal, ever-renewed cuisine, combining French produce with Asian flavors. On the €75 menu, foie gras de canard vendéen au naturel with Crécy-la-Chapelle artichoke oil vinaigrette, tuile briochée, tiéd tuna, zucchini flowers, fruit and vegetable tartar, curry, galanga, coriander and coconut milk, organic Vendée duck au sautoir, smoked mousseline, beet and fennel, redcurrant gastrique and sweet and sour jus, a black forest revisited, soft cookie, morello cherries preserved in kirsch, grand cru chocolate, chantilly and morello cherry sorbet.
