Gourmet Restaurant The terrace is a particularly strong argument, perched on its stilts on the banks of the Garonne, for a rare, bucolic moment just a few minutes from the prefecture. The house offers a sumptuous sunset view, which you can accompany with contemporary pleasures, conciliatory and well-crafted ideas: salmon gravelax, vitello tonnato, sea bass à l'unilatéral, beurre blanc sabayon, gremolata, Robuchon-style purée, small vegetables, a knob of entrecote, chimichurri, home fries and grilled peppers, a chocolate and hazelnut dessert. Bordeaux cellar.
