Chef's Restaurant A stone's throw from the bustling Rue Judaïque, this establishment epitomizes the urban auberge where cuisine rhymes with sharing and heritage. Marie, her husband Bertrand and her brother Romain Corbière, two-time MOF finalist, maintain this spirit with enthusiasm and passion. Starters to share, with a special mention for the rich, fragrant onion soup with old Comté cheese emulsion. Beautiful sauces accompany traditional or more contemporary dishes, such as line-caught sea bass from the Arcachon fish market, gilded plancha, head juices in vinegar and piquillos, or roast duckling fillet, simmered juice with olives and shallots. The carefully crafted wine list offers precise pairings, with a fine selection of wines by the glass to match the menu. For dessert, Zéphirin, a warm cookie with lemon textures, is a tribute to the grandfather who gave his name to the restaurant. In addition, the delicatessen offers a wide selection of local products to extend the experience at home.
