Crunchy summer apple unfurls its slightly sweet aromas from the very first aromas, while citrus fruit follows (clementine), followed by a spring-like sweetness with notes of hawthorn blossom. The palate is very straightforward, marked by controlled acidity reminiscent of lemon, but also more saline and even iodized notes. The finish is taut and slightly bitter, calling for another sip.
