Condensed yellow fruit essences characterize the nose, which then reveals fresh herbaceous and tropical notes (pineapple, mango). The foam is fine and expanding, with strong, tickling bubbles. The taste of pineapple comes through strongly on the palate. The palate is salivating, saline, balanced and intense, mellow like a tropical mousse. The long, fragrant finish makes this champagne a perfect aperitif.
