Light yellow with gold highlights, this cuvée delivers herbaceous notes, creamy yellow and black fruits, followed by oak aromas on aeration. The bubbles are sparkling and the mousse fresh and sour. The serious palate is marked by tart flavors of granny smith apple and bright oak that will integrate over time. Intense, lively lime juice carries through to the long finish. A fine aperitif for now that will be welcome at the table later.
