This champagne, with its lovely golden color and fine bubbles, has a slightly restrained nose on opening, before opening up with scents of freshly pressed grapes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and fine, with more tension than roundness, and a long mineral finish that makes you want to open it at the table with a nice thick-sliced white fish.
