Matured in old barrels, this cuvée boasts an old gold color. After a nose of ripe white fruits, vanilla, spices and honeyed mango, the mouth is full and rich, with an eloquent, almost greedy chewiness and a creamy finish. Serve as an aperitif or with roast turbot, pan-fried mushrooms and onions au gratin.
