A pleasant cuvée from the 2011 harvest, vinified in barrels. Notes of honeyed yellow fruit and toasted dried fruit. On the palate, this wine is seductively chewy and well-balanced, with candied citrus fruit and a lively finish. A real pleasure to drink as an aperitif, with scallop and sea bream ceviche.
