A lot of fruit on this Pinot: the black fruitiness, made up of blackcurrant and black cherry, is nevertheless iridescent with a floral note reminiscent of rose. This bouzy is elegant and fragrant. As for the palate, it's as straight as an "i", as tangy as can be, and calls for a terrine of hare with Morello cherries.
